The Dublin Irish Festival began in 1987 at Coffman Park in Dublin, Ohio, as a modest gathering of 350 Irish step dancers performing by vehicle headlights after the Columbus Feis. By 1989, the festival welcomed its first national band, Mick Moloney’s Green Fields of America. Over the years, it gained popularity, featuring musical acts such as Irisheer and Irish Brigade.
